“Cookie is invalid”

Cause: The cookie has expired or was invalidated by Roblox. Fix:
  1. Log in to roblox.com in your browser
  2. Get a fresh .ROBLOSECURITY cookie (see Cookie Tool)
  3. Re-import it in the dashboard
Cookies are invalidated when you log out of Roblox in any browser, or when Roblox rotates them (~30 days).
Cause: The cookie may have expired between import and use, or the account has additional security enabled. Fix:
  • Re-import a fresh cookie
  • Make sure the Roblox account doesn’t have 2-step verification that would block cookie sessions
  • Check if the account is locked or flagged by Roblox
  1. Open Chrome and go to roblox.com
  2. Log in to the account
  3. Press F12 → Application tab → Cookies → https://www.roblox.com
  4. Find .ROBLOSECURITY and copy the Value column
  5. Paste into the Cookie Tool in the dashboard
  1. Open Firefox and go to roblox.com
  2. Log in to the account
  3. Press F12 → Storage tab → Cookies → https://www.roblox.com
  4. Find .ROBLOSECURITY and copy the value
If a cookie becomes invalid, manually re-import a fresh cookie from your Roblox account.
