How to Redeem

You can redeem your key in two ways — both do the same thing.

Option 1 — Dashboard

Log in to the dashboard

Go to app.reconnect-tool.com and sign in.

Open the Redeem tab

Click Redeem in the left sidebar.

Paste your key and submit

Enter your license key and click Redeem.
Your subscription appears immediately in the Subscriptions tab.

Option 2 — Discord Bot

Join the Reconnect Discord server

Join at discord.gg/reconnect and make sure your account is verified.

Use the /redeem-key command

In the designated channel, run:
Or click the Redeem Key button on the panel and enter your key in the popup — only you can see the response.

Confirm the result

The bot will reply with your tier, type, and HWID limit on success.
Your subscription is now active and visible in your dashboard.

What Happens When You Redeem

Depending on your key, the bot/dashboard will tell you which action was taken:

HWID Binding

When the Reconnect client starts for the first time, it registers your device’s unique Hardware ID (HWID) against your subscription. This uses one HWID slot.

Removing a Device

To free up an HWID slot (e.g. to switch to a different device): Via dashboard:
  1. Go to Devices
  2. Find the device → click the trash icon → confirm
Via Discord: Run /reset-hwid in the server, select your subscription from the dropdown, then select the device(s) to remove or click Reset All Devices.
Removing a device only unbinds the HWID slot — it does not stop the client on that device. Stop the client first before removing it.
