# Viewing & Managing Reconnect Subscriptions

> Track your redeemed license keys, monitor HWID slot usage, understand subscription tiers, and know what happens when a plan expires.

The **Subscriptions** tab shows every license key you've redeemed on your account, along with how many device slots each key provides, how many are currently in use, and when each plan expires. If you're running multiple keys to stack device slots, this is where you get the full picture.

## Subscription Tiers

Reconnect has four subscription tiers, each unlocking a different set of features and device limits. For a full side-by-side breakdown, see the [Plan Comparison](/tiers/comparison) page.

| Tier        | Description                                                                                                                                        |
| ----------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Free** | The free entry-level tier. Activate it with a free key to get started with basic automation features. |
| **Limited** | A free tier specifically for UGPhone devices. Provides access to core features on supported UGPhone hardware. |
| **Pro** | A paid tier that unlocks the core Reconnect feature set, including more device slots and advanced rejoin controls. |
| **Pro+** | The top-tier paid plan with full access to every feature: Remote Control, the Accounts tab, Cookie tools, Captcha Solver, Face Unlocker, and more. |

<Info>
  **Lifetime** subscriptions are no longer available for purchase. If you already hold a Lifetime key, it will continue to work — it simply won't appear as an option for new purchases.

## Reading a Subscription Card

Each redeemed key appears as a card with the following details:

| Field     | Description                                                                                                 |
| --------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Tier** | The plan level this key grants (Free, Limited, Pro, or Pro+) |
| **Type** | Lifetime (no expiry) or time-limited with a countdown of days remaining |
| **HWIDs** | How many of your available device slots are occupied, shown as a fraction and progress bar (e.g. **3 / 8**) |

## HWID Slots

Every subscription has a fixed number of **HWID slots** — the maximum number of physical devices that can bind to that key at the same time. When a device connects and authenticates, it occupies one slot.

<Warning>
  If all HWID slots on all your active subscriptions are full, new devices cannot bind until you remove an existing device. Head to the [Devices](/dashboard/devices) tab to remove a device and free up a slot.
</Warning>

## Stacking Multiple Subscriptions

You can redeem more than one license key on the same account. Each additional key adds its slot allowance to your total. For example:

* **Pro+ key** — 8 HWID slots
* **Pro key** — 2 HWID slots
* **Combined total** — 10 HWID slots available across both keys

The Devices tab and Home page stats reflect your combined slot count across all active subscriptions.

## Expiring Subscriptions

Time-limited subscriptions display a countdown on their card (for example, **12d left**). When a subscription expires:

1. All devices bound exclusively to that key become **unbound** and lose access
2. The subscription is **removed** from your Subscriptions tab
3. You'll need to redeem a new key to reactivate those devices

<Tip>
  Keep an eye on expiry countdowns and redeem a new key before your current plan runs out to avoid any interruption to your running devices. You can redeem a new key at any time from the **Redeem** section in the sidebar.
