# Managing Roblox Accounts in the Dashboard

> View, search, copy, and manage every Roblox account synced from your devices — cookies are encrypted at rest and accessible only to you.

The **Accounts** tab gives you a centralized view of every Roblox account that has been synced to the dashboard from your devices. All stored cookies are encrypted at rest so your credentials are never exposed in plain text. You can search, copy, export, and delete accounts without ever touching the device they came from.

<Note>
  The Accounts tab is a **Pro+** exclusive feature. You'll need an active Pro+ subscription to access it. If you're on a lower tier, the tab will be visible but locked.
</Note>

## Account List

Each entry in the accounts list shows the following information:

| Column       | Description                                                                                              |
| ------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Username** | The Roblox display name for the account, masked by default to protect credentials in shared environments |
| **User ID** | The numeric Roblox user ID associated with the account |
| **Device** | Which of your bound devices this account was synced from |
| **Status** | The current state of the account — for example, Active, Offline, or Rejoining |
| **Added** | The date the account was first synced to your dashboard |

### Searching Accounts

Use the **search bar** at the top of the Accounts tab to filter the list. You can search by either **username** or **user ID** — useful when you're managing a large number of accounts across multiple devices.

## Bulk Actions

The toolbar above the account list provides three bulk actions that apply to all accounts at once:

| Action          | Description                                                                                                                                        |
| --------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Copy All** | Copies every stored cookie to your clipboard in `username:cookie` format — one account per line, ready to paste into another tool. |
| **Export .txt** | Downloads all accounts as a `.txt` file in the same `username:cookie` format. Use this to back up your cookies or migrate them to another service. |
| **Refresh** | Re-fetches the latest account data from the server, ensuring the status and cookie information shown in the list is up to date. |

## Per-Account Actions

Click the **⋮ menu** on any account row to access actions for that individual account:

| Action            | What it does                                                              |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Copy Username** | Copies the Roblox username to your clipboard |
| **View Profile** | Opens the account's public Roblox profile in a new browser tab |
| **Copy Cookie** | Copies the raw `.ROBLOSECURITY` cookie value to your clipboard |
| **Delete** | Permanently removes the account and its stored cookie from your dashboard |

<Warning>
  Deleting an account from the dashboard removes its stored cookie from Reconnect's servers but does **not** log the account out of Roblox. If you want to fully revoke access, log the account out of Roblox in a browser to invalidate the cookie.
</Warning>

## Cookie Security

Reconnect stores all `.ROBLOSECURITY` cookies **encrypted at rest**. The values are never displayed in full in the UI by default — usernames are masked and cookies are only revealed when you explicitly choose to copy them. Treat exported cookie files with the same care you'd give a password file.
